| Abstract: | China is a country with large population. The shift of surplus rural labours becomes a core problem in the process of urbanization and also an only solution to solving problems facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers in our country. We will assimilate and draw on the successful international experience of labour flow, follow its universal rule and quicken the process of urbanization of our country. |
