| Abstract: | Viewing the teaching secretary`s work from the angle of teaching quality insurance system of higher school, the writer of this paper discussed the particularity and significance of the teaching secretary`s work in teaching management of colleges and universities, and further analyzed the problems in the operation and administration of teaching secretary`s work in Jiaxing College. The strategies and proposals on strengthening and improving the teaching secretary`s work were put forward. |
