| 摘 要： | 建立适合企业自身特征的运营模式是企业取得成功的关键因素之一。本文依据物流服务范围及企业资源整合能力对物流企业进行了分类,并分别探讨了与不同物流企业类型相适应的企业运营模式。

| Abstract: | Operation model based on enterprises' characters is one of the key factors to obtain success. This paper classifies logistics enterprises according to two factors, namely logistics service extension and integration ability to sources, and then discuss the corresponding enterprise operation models in different enterprises' type. |
