浅谈陕西省矿业经济发展与环境保护关系

陕西省矿产资源丰富 ,矿业经济在国民经济中具有举足轻重的作用 ,矿业已成为陕西省的重要产业之一。但由于历史的原因 ,在矿产开发与环境保护的关系上 ,受传统观念的影响 ,在经济价值原则上片面追求经济利润 ,不计自然环境的成本和亏损 ,给全面发展带来负面影响。如何处理矿产资源开发与环境保护的关系 ,走矿业经济与环境保护协调发展的可持续发展的新型工业化路子 ,是值得深入研究的问题 ,文章对此提出一些建议。

Relation between Economic Development and Environmental Protection of Shan-an xi Mining Industry

There are abundant mineral resources in Sha-an xi province. Mining economy holds the balance of national economy, which has become one of the major industries in Shan-an xi province. However, mining industry brought about negative influence of the whole development, due to traditional old concept of relation between mining development and environmental protection, such as unilaterally pursuing economic profit, in spite of the cost and loss of natural environment. Also, the paper offers the proposals for correctly treating with the relation between mining development and environmental protection, seeking to sustainable development of mining industry.
