| 摘 要： | 文章借鉴国外发达国家城市化进程中的相关理论和经验,在全面把握新时期国家所提出的创建集约型社会、建设社会主义新农村和构建和谐社会的背景的基础上,系统阐述了新型城市化的概念内涵和基本特征,即城乡统筹发展的城市化、集约发展的城市化与和谐发展的城市化.同时分别从结构创新、技术创新和制度创新的角度时新型城市化的发展路径及其政策选择进行探讨. |
