Quality management and the control of production procedure are the important factors in the survival and development of enterprises.According to the handling process of crude dehydration at the united station of viscous crude treatment,quality controlling measures about "control in sections,reaching the standard step by step" are put forward,followed by the discussion about the option principle of quality controlling points.Meanwhile,quality controlling points are chosen according to the technical procedure of crude handling production.Then based on the analysis of every factor influencing quality controlling indexes,some corresponding management measures are established.In this way,the changes from managing "result" to managing "factors" are realized,together with the timely test on the indexes of different controlling sections and points.At the same time,unqualified products will be removed in their forming process,and the quality is improved continuously.
