| 摘 要： | 经过改革开放,我们的经济发展发生了翻天覆地的变化,当然会计行业也不例外的受到冲击.随着经济的快速发展,整个行业环境的新规划显现,会计环境和会计处理对象日益复杂,这也就加剧了企业所面临的风险.本文从会计人员的素质方面来阐述会计人员在经济变革中的重要性.分析了目前我国会计人员素质现状,探讨了新形势下会计人员职业素质的提高的有效途径.
