| 摘 要： | 本文针对社会各界密切关注的长三角、珠三角地区出现的"用工荒"现象,以中国经济发展转型的视角探讨"用工荒"背后的深层原因,揭示"补偿性缺工"与"结构性缺工"产生的原因与区别,指出中国企业的未来发展趋势,以浙江省企业集团为例,具体分析"用工荒"背后的经济原因.本文立足中国国情,紧跟时代背景,采用理论研究与实证研究相结合的方式,运用劳动经济学、计量经济学等学科知识试图找到"用工荒"产生的真正原因.
