| 摘 要： | 采用改进的平衡记分卡(BSC)的方法,从企业的内外环境、财务与非财务指标相结合来设计航运物流企业绩效评价指标,最后通过改进灰色关联法进行算例验证,算例检验结果表明这种评价模型具有现实可行性。

| Abstract: | The paper uses the method of improved BSC(Balanced Score Card)to design the business performance evaluation indexes by combining the internal with the external environment of the enterprise and combining financial with non-financial indexes.Finally,it is proved by an improved Grey Conjunction Analytic method. |
