| 摘 要： | 通过对当前中国以及天津整体发展状况的分析，阐明天津发展留学生教育的必要性。留学生教育对天津社会经济发展能够产生积极的促进作用，提升天津在国际上的经济文化影响力。本文针对来津留学生的特点，提出充分利用天津的文化、社会和教育资源，发展留学生教育的措施，从而使天津留学生教育迈上一个新台阶。

| Abstract: | By analyzing Tianjin＇ s and even China＇ s overall situation of development, the paper clarifies the necessity of developing foreign student education in Tianjin City. Foreign student education plays an important part in the development of Tianjin＇ s society and economy and the extension of Tianjin＇ s economic and cultural influences in the world. Starting from analyzing the characteristics of foreign students in Tianjin City, the paper offers some proposals for developing foreign student education by taking full advantage of Tianjin＇ s cultural, social and educational resources. |
