黑龙江省国有森工企业森林认证的影响因素分析

通过对黑龙江省40家国有森工企业的问卷调查,运用因子分析法和二元Logistic回归模型萃取和分析了黑龙江省国有森工企业森林认证的影响因素,得出了对其影响显著的因素:推动力因素因子和企业经营状况与森林认证的关系因子。根据统计分析的结果,提出了加强科研机构的宣传培训力度、加快森林认证专业人才的培养、扩大政府在推进森林认证方面的作用、提高森工企业的森林认证能力和提升森工企业的竞争力等对策建议。

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Forest Certification of State-Owned Forestry Enterprises in Heilongjiang Province

The paper was according to the survey on 40 state-owned forestry enterprises in Heilongjiang province and by the means of factor analysis and binary logistic regression model,it extracted and analyzed the influencing factors of forest certification of Heilongjiang province state-owned forestry enterprises,basing on the sample of forty state-owned forestry enterprisesquestionnaires in Heilongjiang province.The result shows that the significant influencing factors are the promotion of the government and scientific research institutions,the demand of enhancing enterprises competitiveness,the cognitive situation of forest certification and the economic benefit of forest certification.According to the result of the statistic analysis,it put forward some countermeasures that expanding the impact of the government,strengthening the research institutionseffectiveness of advertising and training,cultivating professional talents for forest certification,strengthening the enterprisescapacity for forest certification and enhancing enterprisescompetitiveness.
