| 摘 要： | 近年来乳业市场的竞争日趋激烈,乳制品物流的发展也逐步专业化。为了提高乳品企业的竞争力、同时为加快我国乳制品物流的发展,对乳制品物流的研究具有重要意义。通过对我国乳制品龙头企业内蒙古伊利实业集团股份有限公司的物流案例的分析,提出了其乳制品物流环节的优势、存在的问题及发展对策。以期推动我国乳制品物流的健康、快速的发展。
