我国问题券商处置中债务处理方法分析与研究

由于长期缺乏有效的内部监控和外部监管机制,我国证券公司经营管理不规范和亏损严重所导致的金融风险逐渐显现。从目前问题券商债务产生的途径入手,对央行、财政部、证监会三部委处理问题券商的整体思路、政策措施进行分析,研究在解决过程中出现的问题,为实现证券行业的健康发展和资本市场的稳定提供参考。

Analysis of debt treatment methods of problematic stockjobbers

Owing to the long-term shortage of internal monitoring and external management mechanism,financial risks have gradually emerged because of nonstandard management and severe loss of stockjobbers.From the ways of debt generation of problematic stockjobbers,the overall thought and measures by People's Bank of China,Chinese Ministry of Finance and China Securities Regulatory Commission are analyzed.Possible problems during the reform are studied so as to provide reference to the sustainable development of security industry and the stability of capital market.
