发展循环经济是“十一五”时期的重要任务,而我国目前发展循环经济面临着财政的约束,我们应借鉴发达国家的经验,通过增加政府财政投入、调整和完善现行税收政策、实施财政补贴、改革资源性产品的价格等途径促进循环经济的发展。

Study on Financial Policy to Develop Circular Economy in the View of Harmonious Society

Developing China's Circular Economy is the important task of the Eleventh Five period.But it is confronted with financial restriction,we should use the experiences of developed countries for reference,according some approaches,such as increasing financial capital,adjusting and perfecting the taxation policy,performing financial subsidy,innovating the price of resourced manufacture,aiding to accelerate the development of circular economy.
