| 摘 要： | 通过学习文献资料对休闲体育与和谐价值的概念、内容和实现方式进行探讨，旨在深化休闲体育的价值观。休闲体育是社会主体能动地摆脱必然走向自由的一种休闲方式。休闲的本质是和谐,休闲体育凸显和谐价值，即具有促进社会经济和谐发展、实现社会政治和谐发展和构建和谐精神家园的价值。
