政府补贴对中国高技术企业创新的影响——以信息技术产业上市公司为例

以"十二五"期间中国信息技术上市公司为研究对象,探究不同所有制和企业规模下政府补贴对高技术企业创新绩效的影响。研究发现,当前补贴政策对技术创新的总体促进效率仍待提高:所有制性质显著调节政府补贴的绩效,激励国有企业研发投入强度,而对民营企业起挤出作用;企业规模对政府补贴与创新投入的关系起正向调节作用;所有制性质和企业规模对政府补贴与创新投入的关系起联合调节作用,政府补贴对大规模国企的促进作用最强,而对中小民营企业促进作用最弱。

Some Questions and Answers about the Pavilion of Eternal Peace of the International Horticultural Exhibition 2019, Beijing, China

The Pavilion of Eternal Peace is a landmark building in the Park of International Horticultural Exhibition 2019, Beijing, China. Based on the historical fact that the capital establishment of Beijing began from the Liao and Jin Dynasties, the Pavilion adopted the Chinese medieval architectural style. On the basis of a comprehensive casestudy of the multistory pavilions in the Liao and Jin as well as the Song Dynasties, according to the YingZao FaShi (Building Standards, 1103 AD), the Pavilion was redesigned to suit the specific demands of the project. This article answers some questions about the project intention, style selection and architectural design of the Pavilion. It can be used as a reference for the design of archaistic landscape buildings.
