| 摘 要： | 在现有研究的基础上，建立了多个配送中心的选址及配送区域划分模型，在模型建立过程中既考虑了配送中心到需求点之间的距离、道路流量与可靠性等因素，也考虑了配送中心自身及其周围的环境因素，结合层次分析法，将这些因素转换为综合成本，使模型更具现实意义。采用遗传算法求解，使该问题的求解过程得到简化。最后用实例对模型进行了验证分析，说明该模型的合理性。
