林业企业技术创新人才培养与管理的探讨

摘    要:以新时期林业发展的新特征为依据,对林业企业的创新人才培养与管理进行深入探讨,从制定人才培养目标和计划、合理安排技术创新人才培养渠道和方式、创造宽松的技术创新人才发展空间三个方面,对建立行之有效的技术创新人才培养机制、建立科学合理的技术创新人才评价机制的进行了阐述,并在建立形式多样的技术创新人才激励机制上提出了自己的看法。

Abstract:In this paper,according to the new characteristics of forestry in the new period,the author discussed the technical innovation personnel training and management in forestry enterprise.Firstly,the author put forward to establish the effective technical innovation personnel training system,and analyzed it from three aspects:technical innovation personnel training target and plan,training channel and personnel developing space.Secondly,put forward to establish the scientific and reasonable technical innovation personnel evaluating system.Finally,pointed out to establish a technical innovation personnel inspirit system.
