案件质量评查机制存在的问题及对策

当前,统一、科学的案件质量评查机制尚未形成,检察机关案件质量评查机制存在分散化、标准不统一、奖惩机制不完善等问题.本文围绕案件质量评查机制的建构、内容与范围、程序与标准、评查成果转化等重点环节,提出相应的对策,以实现对案件的动态监控与质量管理,达到规范执法行为、促进公正执法的目的.

Problems and Countermeasures in the Mechanism of the Case Quality Assessment

At present, unified and scientific mechanism of the case quality assessment mechanism has not been established. Mechanism of the case quality assessment in prosecution is faced with problems like diversification, different standards and incomplete reward and punishment system. This paper gives out countermeasures to key sectors for case quality assessment system setting, content and scope, procedure and standard and assessment result transformation so as to achieve dynamic monitoring and quality management of cases and realize purpose for unifying enforcement and promoting justice.
