| 摘 要： | 本文以地方省(自治区、直辖市)为分析目标,从市场化进程的角度来分析外资进入各地区的行为特征。通过一个简单的二期微观经济模型从理论和实证两方面阐述和论证了一个假说:在外资进入总量一定的条件下,市场化程度高的地区,外资进入时会选择这样一种进入方式———高直接投资比例,低国际借贷投资比例。

The Comparative Analysis on the Course of Marketization and the Regionalism of Choice of Means of Foreign Investment Influx |

| Abstract: | Aimed at provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government ),the essay analyzes the behaviourial characte ristics of foreign investment entering different regions from the point of marketization process.Using a simple two -stage mi croeconomic model,it illustrates a nd demonstrates a hypothesis theore tically and positively:when the overall influx of foreign investment is held consta nt in highly marketized regions,foreign investment inflow will take such a form as high di rect investment ratio and low intern ational credit investment ratio. |
