俄罗斯的青年家庭住房保障制度

从俄罗斯青年住房保障实施的对象、制度措施以及实施效果等方面,综合分析俄罗斯青年住房保障制度对缓解俄罗斯青年住房矛盾、人口矛盾的积极成效,采用数据分析与比较分析方法,得出以下结论:为缓解夹心层群体住房问题,政府应该强化公共住房保障职能,针对不同的对象提供住房补助,特别是要加强对青年群体的住房补助。

Research on housing security of Russian young families

The positive results of relieving the contradictions of Russian housing security system and population problem are analyzed from the aspects of objectives,measures and effects of the system in this article.In order to resolve the housing problem of the group uncovered by the current housing security system in China,the government should enhance the duty of public housing security and provide housing subsidies to different groups,especially to the youth of China.
