摘    要:为提升固体自燃温度测定方法的科学性和适用性,以BMC模塑料和木炭颗粒作为研究对象,通过测定多组固体自燃温度,对比分析了反应类型、颗粒大小和装填密度分别对固体自燃温度测定结果的影响情况.结果表明:1)BMC模塑料的固化反应放出的热量对固体自燃温度测定结果的判定具有干扰作用;2)固体自燃温度随固体颗粒粒径减小而升高,但升高...

Abstract:In order to improve the scientificity and applicability of the solid self-ignition temperature measurement method,Bulk Molding Compound(BMC) and charcoal particles were taken as the research objects to study the influence of the reaction type,particle size and filling density on the solid self-ignition temperature measurement by measuring multiple groups of solid self-ignition temperature.The results show that:1) the determination of solid self-ignition temperature measurements is interfered by the exothermic curing reaction of BMC;2) the solid self-ignition temperature increases with the decrease of the particle size,but it is a small increase.Moreover,the solid self-ignition temperature does not change with the decrease of particle size when the particle size decreases to a certain degree;3) with the increase of filling density,the void ratio between particles decreases and the solid self-ignition temperature is lower and lower.The research results can improve and perfect the measurement method of the solid self-ignition temperature,and provide scientific data support for accurate guidance for the safety work of actual industrial production and daily life safty work.
