基础设施与经济协调发展研究——以浙江省为例

通过建立基础设施系统与经济发展评价指标体系,运用协调度模型、Granger因果关系检验等方法,基于浙江省2003-2012年的面板数据,对基础设施与经济的协调发展关系进行分析,结果显示:浙江省基础设施建设与经济发展趋势基本相吻合,均呈现上升趋势;两者协调程度不断加强,未来的基础设施与经济发展会稳步协调发展。五大基础设施部门与经济发展均呈现逐年增加的趋势,其中文卫设施与通信邮电设施增长最快,超过经济发展水平,而资源与能源设施、社会环境设施和交通设施均滞后于经济发展。浙江省经济发展对基础设施总体具有促进作用,但是基础设施建设不是经济发展的原因。

The Study of Coordinated Development of Infrastructure and Economy in Zhejiang Province

Through the establishment of infrastructure systems and economic evaluation index system,the use of synergistic model,Granger causality test and other methods,based on panel data of 2003-2012 years in Zhejiang Province,the coordinated development of infrastructure and economic relations were analyzed,the results showed：infrastructure construction and economic development trends coincide basically,which is showed a rising trend;The coordinational extent continues to be strengthened between infrastructure and economic development and it will be a steady and coordinated development.The two are showing a rising trend year by year.Among the five sectors,facilities of culture and health and facilities of Posts and Telecommunications is the fastest growing,which exceed the level of economic development.However the facilities of resource and energy,social environment and transportation facilities are lagging behind in economic development.Economic development in Zhejiang Province promote the role of infrastructure in general,but infrastructure is not the reason for economic development.
