Research on How to Introduce Performance Excellence Mode to Enterprises

With the rapid development of economic globalization and the information industry , quality is up to the new concept of management quality, Performance Excellent Mode based on the on total quality management became a new realm in the international quality management. Chinese enterprises are facing the opportunities and challenges of WTO, advanced quality management model is urgently needed to improve international competitiveness. In this paper, on the basic theory of Performance Excellence Mode, how to successfully import Performance Excellence Mode into enterprise was discussed step by step with the import pathway, the methods and case of self-evaluation and integration relationship to improve the ability of company＇s core business, and promote enterprisers development.
