中国企业对外直接投资的区位选择基准

文章从回顾与评价中外学者FDI“区位优势”理论出发，基于区位选择基准视角分析了中国企业对外直接投资区位选择的三大基准，即“启动成本优势基准”，“投资者区位剩余基准”以及“区位关联度基准”，并指出我国FDI输出区位分布表现出较高的集中度而带来了诸多不利影响，因此，应建立多元化的FDI输出区位结构。

The Location Choice Criterion of Chinese Enterprises' FDI

Starting from the theory of Chinese and foreign scholars FDI location advantage,based on the location choice,this paper analyzes three criterions of Chinese enterprises location choice of FDI,namely,the start-up costs advantage criterion,investors location surplus criterion,as well as location correlation criterion.And it puts forward that a high degree of concentration has brought many negative effects,a pluralistic structure of the output FDI location should be built.
