| 摘 要： | 利用浙江省388家民营企业问卷调查的数据,重点研究民营企业经营者的激励与约束机制,通过分析民营企业经营者激励与约束机制的现状、特点,揭示浙江省民营企业建立健全经营者激励与约束机制的经验与不足,并基于此提出相应的对策建议。
