摘    要:为使高职饭店管理专业学生能成为符合企业需要、适应性强、动手能力强的合格人才,笔者在上海商学院饭店管理专业教学中采用“走出去、请进来,接定单”的“三步走”模式,依托行业、服务行业,走出了校企合作、产教结合的办学新路子,带来学校、企业、学生三赢的良性循环,得到社会、学生、家长的认同。

The Three Steps in Integrating Industry and Education for the Hospitality Program

Abstract:To train qualifies personnel for the hospitality industry, Shanghai Business School (SBS) has adopted a "three-step" mode, namely, going out to industries, inviting industries to participate in education, and receiving training orders. By relying on and serving industries, SBS has opened up a new way of integrating industries and education, which brings benefits to the school, the enterprises, and the students. The practice has been applauded by students, their parents, and society.
