企业成长的非对称性问题

本文基于鼓励创业和大力发展中小企业的时代背景,从中小企业群体中的快速成长企业特征入手,考察分析了国内外企业快速成长中的复杂现象,揭示出非对称性问题是企业成长复杂性产生的根源,并在剖析企业成长的“质” 和“量”、企业成长和管理能力增强以及专业管理和创业管理之间的非对称现象基础上,对其所引申的创业管理与传统管理的融合等学术问题进行了探讨。

The Dissymmetry of Firm Growth Law to be the Draft of National Capital Law

Based on the development of entrepreneurship and small and medium - sized firms, this paper starts with the characters of speed - growing firms and analyses some complex phenomena in them, then puts for- wards that the dissymmetry is the basic reason of complexity. By discussing three dissymmetric phenomena in firm growth, this paper probes some academic issues including the syncretizing of entrepreneurial management and tradi- tional management.
