| 摘 要： | 中国目前的工商关系处于十分紧张的阶段。本文通过对世界范围内的工商关系演变阶段的研究 ,发现工商关系演变经历了从批发商主导到制造商主导再到零售商主导的演变过程。这种演变规律及内在机理 ,对我国政府和企业处理目前的工商关系将提供借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | This paper has studied the process of evolution of manufacturer-retailer relationship in the world, and found this process going from the wholesaler controlling to manufacturer controlling and then to retailer controlling in manufacturer-retailer relationship. The law and internal mechanism of this evolution is beneficial to our government and firms. |
