| 摘 要： | 欲进入住宿接待业工作的旅游专业大学生应充分认识到住宿接待业与其他行业工作的主要差异,并做好进入住宿接待业工作的主要准备。主要对旅游专业大学生如何做好在住宿接待业工作的职业生涯规划进行研究,以期对旅游专业大学生在校有针对性的学习住宿接待业专业知识与毕业后进入住宿接待业工作有所指导与帮助。

| Abstract: | Tourism majors,who choose to work in hospitality industry,should sufficiently realize the main difference between hospitality industry and other industries,and make primary preparations to work in this industry. This paper mainly makes some researches on college majoring in tourism how to make some readies to plan their career in hospitality industry.The author expects this research can help and guide them to learn speciality knowledge according to career planning and to work in hospitality industry after their graduation. |
