福建省村镇银行发展问题及对策探析

福建省村镇银行以支持农业农村的建设、拓宽农民融资渠道和促进地区农业农村经济的发展作为首要目标,它的出现完善了我国金融市场的主体结构,有利于缓解农村地域金融供给不充足的问题,为福建当地经济发展输入了新的血液,推动了福建省农村金融的发展。但是其自身在发展过程中也存在知名度不高、吸储难度大、市场定位模糊、缺乏专业人才、金融产品创新不足、互联网技术落后、经营管理风险较大等问题。针对存在的问题提出了加大宣传力度、明确自身定位、提高员工准入门槛、推动业务创新、借助互联网创新经营模式和加强监督管理的对策建议,以促进福建省村镇银行进一步的发展。

Analysis on Development Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Bank in Fujian Provice

Rural banks in Fujian Province take supporting agricultural and rural construction,broadening farmers'financing channels and promoting regional agricultural and rural economic development as their primary objectives.Its emergence has improved the main structure of China's financial market,which is conducive to alleviating the insufficient financial supply in rural areas,injecting new blood into the local economic development of Fujian,and promoting the development of rural finance in Fujian province.However,in the process of its development,it also has some problems,such as low popularity,difficult acquisition and storage,vague market positioning,lack of professional talents,insufficient innovation of financial products,backward Internet technology,and large risks of operation and management.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as strengthening publicity,clarifying self-positioning,raising the threshold of employee access,promoting business innovation,innovating business model with the help of Internet,and strengthening supervision and management,thus promote fujian province village bank further development.
