苯磺酸左氨氯地平片联合替米沙坦片治疗高血压患者的临床价值

目的探讨苯磺酸左氨氯地平片联合替米沙坦片治疗高血压患者的临床价值。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月辽宁省精神卫生中心收治的90例高血压患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为A组(47例)与B组(43例)。A组单纯给予替米沙坦片治疗,B组在A组治疗基础上加用苯磺酸左氨氯地平片治疗,治疗8周后,比较两组疗效、血压水平及血清学指标。结果B组治疗有效率显著高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压水平降低,且B组低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)水平降低,且B组低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苯磺酸左氨氯地平片与替米沙坦片联合治疗高血压临床疗效显著,可有效降低血压,改善血清学指标。

Clinical Value of Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets Combined with Telmisartan Tablets in the Treatment of Hypertension

Objective To investigate the clinical value of levamlodipine besylate tablets combined with telmisartan tablets in the treatment of hypertension.Methods A total of 90 patients with hypertension from March 2019 to March 2020 admitted to Liaoning Mental Health Center were selected as the research objects and were divided into group A(47 cases)and group B(43 cases)according to the random number table.Group A were treated only with telmisartan tablets.Group B were treated with levamlodipine besylate tablets plus telmisartan tablets.After 8 weeks of treatment,efficacy,blood pressure level and serological indicators of the 2 groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in group B was significantly higher than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels of the 2 groups decreased,and group B was lower than group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,serum homocysteine(Hcy),angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ),von Willebrand factor(vWF),soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)levels of both groups decreased,and group B was lower than group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate tablets combined with telmisartan tablets has significant clinical effect on the treatment of hypertension,which can effectively reduce blood pressure and improve serological indicators.
