城市大型主题公园可行性评价体系初探

在借鉴前人对主题公园定性研究成果的基础上，依据合理的评价原则，通过对大型主题公园的客源市场条件、交通条件、城市经济条件、城市旅游感知形象和市场竞争5个方面系统地分析，建立了城市大型主题公园可行性的评价体系和评价指标，并通过对中国主要城市的实证分析验证了评价体系的可行性。

The Preliminary Study of the Feasibility Evaluation System of Urban Theme Park

On the basis of the previous research findings of theme park, this paper suggests a system of evaluating the feasibility of developing big theme parks in cities. The evaluation system consists of a series of rational rules stemming from the in-depth analysis of five aspects: the market, accessibility, urban economic condition, urban tourism image and market competition. The practicability of the evaluation system is then tested through a demonstration on ten main cities in China.
