摘    要:黑龙江省发展粮食加工产业具有一定的区域优势,但要将粮食加工产业的原粮种植、加工产量与需求的数量、资源等优势转变为竞争优势,必须通过发展质量农业、延伸产业链、发展产业集群、技术创新、整体市场营销和区域品牌营销、构建具有竞争力的粮食加工产业价值链等策略的实施才能发挥其整体竞争优势,促进粮食加工产业结构优化升级,提升黑龙江省粮食加工产业的整体竞争力.

Abstract:There are some regional advantages on the development of foodstuff processing industry of Hei Longjiang province.If these advantages on crop,processing output,the amount of demand and resource of Hei Longjiang province need to be changed into competitive advantage,developing quality agriculture,extending industry chain,expanding industry cluster,technic innovation,integer marketing,regional brand marketing,establishing the comptitive foodstuff processing industry value chain are the important measures to realize the integer competitive advantage, to accelerate optimizing and upgrading the structure of foodstuff processing and to advancing the integer competitiveness of foodstuff processing industry of Hei Longjiang.
