游憩带对泛乌鲁木齐城市化推动机制探析

城市游憩带的发展对城市化进程推动作用的研究在休闲游憩产业领域中逐步受到关注。以乌昌经济一体化为背景。建立和完善乌鲁木齐市、昌吉市和米泉市三城市间城市游憩带，并将游憩带作为三城市的中介，使泛乌鲁木齐城市群成为可能，以此增强城市化向全疆的辐射作用。同时着重从人口、经济、社会文化和地域生态四个方面分析游憩带的完善对泛乌鲁木齐城市化推动作用，初步构想利用综合指标体系量化分析游憩带对城市化的贡献率，以期作为调整与完善城市游憩带的理论依据。

The Mechanism of City Recreation Band Promoting the Urbanization of Pan- Urumqi City Group

More attention has been paid on the role that the city reereation band making a push for the process of urbanization in the leisure and recreation industry. Based on the economic integration of the Wuehang region, it is possible that establishing the band of city recreation, which between Urumqi, Changji and Miquan ,as an inter-media, formulating the pan-city group to enhance the urbanization in the whole Xinjiang Autonomous Region. From the four aspects of population, economy, social and geographical ecology, the PESE promoting system is originally formulated,which supports the concept of the pan- Urumqi city group. With a view of the above opinion, the quantitative analysis is used to calculate the rate of the band promoting the urbanization to rich the city recreation band theory.
