| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了两种评价方法:层析分析法和模糊综合评价法;接着遵循评价指标体系的设置原则,依照不同的层次结构,构建了知识密集型服务业的价值创造能力评价体系;最后运用层次分析和模糊综合评价法对某电子商务企业进行了实证研究,并对评价结果进行了分析。为知识密集型服务业在提高价值创造能力方面指出了努力的方向,并为后续相关研究提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Firstly two kinds of evaluation methods——analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE) are introduced.Then following the establishment principles of evaluation index system,according to the different levels of structure,this paper constructs the evaluation system of value creation ability of knowledge-intensive business service(KIBS).Finally using both AHP and FCE,this paper carries out an empirical research on one e-commerce enterprise,and makes an analysis of the evaluating result.This research points out the future directions for KIBS enterprises' improvement of value creation ability,and provides references for the similar follow-up researches. |
