| 摘 要： | 海原县属资源性缺水、水质性缺水和工程性缺水并存的地区,也是全国水土流失最严重和群众生活最贫困地区之一。为了有效遏制干旱、水土流失等自然灾害,海原县水利工程建设取得了很好的成绩,但是面对水利的持续发展还存在着很多的问题。

| Abstract: | Haiyuan County is coexistence of lack of water in resources,water quality,and water storage construction,and is one of the most serious soil and water loss and the poorest regions in China.In order to effectively curb drought,water loss and soil erosion and other natural disasters,Haiyuan government has achieved very good results in water conservancy project construction.However,there are still many problems in the sustainable development of water conservancy. |
