大学英语教师繁重的教学任务一直是制约其个人发展的一大障碍。本文以北京某高校为例,从团队建设的视角探析大学英语教师个人发展创新模式,以期为大学英语教师个人发展提供可以参考的模式。

Abstract:
The heavy burden of teaching has always been a huge obstacle in the individual development of College English teachers.This thesis is based on the innovation patterns of one of the institutes in Beijing to probe into the individual development of college English teachers from the team-building perspectives as a reference.
