| 摘 要： | 本文首先分析了电信产业的垄断类型,认为随着技术的进步,其自然垄断性正逐渐减弱,行政垄断的特性正逐渐显露,然后,分析了中国电信产业行政垄断形成的原因和造成的后果,最后提出了电信产业克服行政垄断的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This article first analyzed the monopoly type of the telecommunication industry,thought that its natural monopolization weakening and the characteristic of the administrative monopoly revealing gradually along with the technical progress,then analyzed the formed reasons and consequences of the administration monopoly of China s telecommunication industry,finally proposed some policy suggestion to overcame the administrative monopoly. |
