| 摘 要： | 材料成本在施工企业的总成本中所占比例越来越大,通过减少材料成本,就可以减少施工企业的总成本。精准物流管理是一个有效的建筑材料管理方式。本文首先分析了不利的传统建筑施工企业的物资管理模式,在此基础上提出建筑材料精准物流管理;其次,分析管理信息系统实施的必要性;再次,分析如何实施管理信息系统;最后,提出一些有建设幽的意见,以落实建筑材料精准物流管理。
