| 摘 要： | 由于受国内原材料供给不足、纸张需求旺盛、有利于进口纸浆的贸易政策和人民币升值等因素的影响,中国每年都进口大量纸浆,纸浆贸易呈现连年的贸易逆差,而且这种逆差可能会持续较长时间。纸浆贸易逆差不但会耗费大量外汇,还直接威胁到造纸业的产业安全,因此中国应该发展循环经济、竹浆产业、林纸一体化、对外直接投资并调整贸易政策来解决纸浆贸易逆差带来的问题。 |

| Abstract: | Owing to the influence of insufficient supply of timber,bloom of demand for paper the trade policy infavor of importation of pulp and the rising value of RMB,China import large quantity of paper pulp every year,and there is an unfavorable balance of pulp trade each year,and this situation will last for a long time.The unfavorable balance of pulp trade will not only cost a lot of foreign reserve,but also will threat the industrial safety.In order to solve the problems caused by unfavorable balance of pulp trade,China should develop recycling economy,bamboo pulp industry,forest-paper integration,international direct investment and change relative trade policy. |
