| 摘 要： | 在物流全球化和低碳经济发展的双重推动下,传统物流企业向低碳转型已成为物流业发展的必然趋势。文中首先系统阐述低碳物流的内涵和特点,分析了物流低碳化转型的意义,剖析了传统物流企业低碳转型的制约因素,在此基础上,提出了传统物流企业低碳转型的路径,以期为物流低碳转型提供决策参考和理论支持。
