| 摘 要： | 没有评价,就没有管理。随着我国经济高速的发展,设计一套科学的指标体系,并运用一定的分析方法,建立一套行之有效物流绩效考核与评价体系是加强物流运营效率,降低物流成本的重要手段。文中根据平衡计分卡理论,结合物流企业实际特点建立了物流企业绩效评价指标体系,并用判断矩阵法赋予权重。
