| 摘 要： | 我国电网发展迅速,但是过快的发展建设步伐导致电网物资供应延误以及物流成本增高,从而反作用影响电网建设质量。文中利用现代物流技术与供应链管理的思想,提出了基于现代物流供应链的电网物资管理体系,分析了体系各组成部分的主要职能和实施方法,从而推进南方电网公司提出的集约、规范、高效的物资管理战略目标,为运用集约化方法有效实现电力物资先进管理提供理论与技术支持。
