黑龙江省民营企业国际化发展策略

摘    要:近年来,黑龙江省民营经济发展势头强劲,对社会的贡献越来越大.然而,随着市场竞争的激烈,民营企业遇到了很多难题,走国际化发展道路势在必行.为此,必须采取以下措施:低端产品向高端市场挺进;从发展中国家市场入手;向拉美国家市场进军;收购或兼并国外企业;与国外的企业合资或联营;利用国际性活动促销;开展境外加工贸易;设法跨越国外的绿色贸易壁垒.

Abstract:In recent years,private-owned economy grows fast,they make a greater contribution to social.However,with the market competition more and more bitterly,they begin to face so many difficulties,it is the only way to develop on the way of international.Thus,we should take such steps:low-grade goods enter the market of high-grade goods;proceed from developing country's market;march toward Latin America market;purchase or annex foreign enterprises;jointly owned or joint venture with foreign enterprises;accelerate sale by international activities;improve outside boundaries processing trade;try to conqurer foreign green trade barrier.
