中国服务贸易:逆差、结构、竞争力问题分析及发展对策思考

在后金融危机时代,全球经济竞争的重点正在从货物贸易转向服务贸易。文章对中国服务贸易现状进行总量、结构、竞争力三方面分析,特别是运用国际通用的RCA和TC指数的实证分析,发现中国服务贸易发展的主要问题是长期的贸易逆差、产业结构较为传统和单一、新型服务项目劣势明显等问题,针对问题的根源提出了进一步开放服务贸易市场、借助外资、培养人才、完善法律、加强政府宏观管理等措施。

China’s Service Trade:Deficit,Structure and Competitiveness

In the post financial crisis era,the emphases of international economic competition is changing from goods trade to trade in service.In this paper,we analyze the current situation of China’s service trade in amount,structure and competitiveness.The results show that the main problem of China’s service trade development is a long-term trade deficit,more traditional and single of the industrial structure,and new service projects with obvious disadvantages.In special,this can be proved in the empirical analysis used international general analysis of RCA and TC index. Then the author puts forward some development measures which are further opening of the service trade market,using foreign capital,training talents,improving rules and regulations and strengthening the government macro-management.
