| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育大众化的迅猛发展以及2008年开始的席卷全球的金融危机,大学毕业生的就业问题日益突出,但同时不少单位也出现了用工荒。本文从三个方面阐述了如何通过加大就业心理咨询指导力度,快速实现校企零距离对接,从而有效地解决这一问题。

| Abstract: | As the rapid development of higher education popularity in our country and the global financial crisis in 2008,university graduate＇s employment question is prominent day by day,but simultaneously,many units were lack of labors.This paper elaborated from three aspects how to solve this problem through enhancing employment psychology consultation instruction to strengthen the close cooperation between school and enterprises. |
