| 摘 要： | 现阶段，发展我国渔业保险的主客观条件已经具备。本文认为，发展我国渔业保险的政策措施包括界定渔业保险的政策属性，确定渔业保险政策实施主体，选择适合中国国情的渔业保险模式、制定法律法规、强制推行渔业保险等。

| Abstract: | At present both the subjective and the objective situation are mature for the development of fishery insurance in our country. In order to develop fishery insurance of our country, we should define to what policy fishery insurance belongs to, make sure the applying object of fishery insurance policy, assure the fishery insurance mode according to the real conditions in China, make the law and the legacy, and forcedly promote the policy means such as fishery insurance. |
