| 摘 要： | 商业养老保险是农村社会养老保险的必要补充。目前正全面推进国际旅游岛建设的海南省面临农村人口老龄化严重、家庭和土地养老功能弱化、农村社会养老保险滞后以及农村商业养老保险缺失等问题。本文主要对海南省发展农村商业养老保险可行性进行了论证,并根据海南省独特的农村地区经济和环境现状提出发展海南农村商业养老保险应遵循的原则及具体策略,对完善海南农村养老保障体系,构建国际旅游岛建设和谐社会环境具有一定的启发和参考价值。 |

| Abstract: | Commercial old-age insurance is a necessary complement for the old-age insurance system in rural areas.Hainan,which attempts to build an international tourist island,still faces problems like severe aging problems,less support from family-and-land model for the elderly,underdeveloped insurance system in rural areas as well as shortage of commer-cial investment in this field.In this study,the feasibility of developing commercial old-age insurance in rural areas is proved;its basic principles and strategies suitable for the unique economic and environmental status of Hainan were raised in the hope of inspiring relevant people to develop the international tourist island with harmonious social environment. |
