| 摘 要： | 利用知识产权资源,发展知识产权经济是实现中原崛起的重要战略举措,河南作为全国的文化资源大省,知识产权保护制度总体滞后,与TRIPS协定有较大差距。通过对其现状进行分析,对涉及到的知识产权保护政策与制度、开拓创新等问题提出全新的、合理的建议,以此推动河南省知识产权保护制度的发展。
